Safety Guidelines for Sunday Services
We are so excited to be meeting inside, beginning Sunday! Below are details concerning our reopening plan for worship in EAMS Auditorium.
Choosing to Attend
If you show any symptoms of not feeling well, please stay home and enjoy the sermon online, or if you have come into contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks, please stay home and quarantine for the recommended time.
The following are measures we are taking for the health and protection of everyone who attends.
Entry and Dismissal
We will have hand sanitizer stations for use upon entrance. We ask that people do not congregate in the lobby upon entry and dismissal.
Masks are required in the building upon entry, dismissal, and for singing. During the sermon, you can enjoy a mask break, if you choose to do so. Disposable masks will be available at the information kiosk if you do not bring your own.
After entry, kindly move directly to the auditorium. The auditorium affords us the space to spread out and maintain a physical distance of a minimum of six feet. We ask that you allow two rows between families. Greeters will be available to assist you.
Nursery and Kids’ Crew
Sunday morning nursery and children’s ministry will not be available. We will phase the reopening of these ministries in a manner deemed appropriate. We will offer activity packets for children. Beginning October 11, we will offer a video segment during the service geared towards children.
We will not be passing offering plates during the service. Options for giving include:
- The offering box at the information kiosk.
- By mail | Forks Community Church, 308b Old Mill Road, Easton PA 18040
- Online here
- Texting – Text “GIVE” to (484) 209-1263 and follow the prompts.
