In 2011 the spark that ignited Forks Community Church was a series of meetings with Bible Fellowship Church pastors in the Lehigh Valley. The purpose of the meetings was twofold: 1) to discover if we had a consensus among the pastors to plant churches and 2) if we had such a consensus, to begin a thorough investigation as to where we might plant a church. After a couple of years of research Forks Township emerged as the front-runner. In February 2014, the Bible Fellowship Church officially approved Forks Township as a site for a Bible Fellowship Church. On July 1, 2014, Tim Zuck officially began his duties as church planting pastor of Forks Community Church. To learn more, watch a video here.

A Little about Tim :
I used to be all about filling people’s stomachs. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where I studied culinary arts. For five years, I worked in the foodservice industry, but at the height of my career, God changed my passion and redirected my path to fulltime ministry. That path included further studies at Lancaster Bible College and Mission Seminary (formerly Biblical Theological Seminary).
In my spare time I enjoy working out, fishing, mountain biking, and smoking various meats in my smoker - ribs are my favorite. I also like to refer to myself as #PyroPastor. I love to set off fireworks, legally of course! I’m a big fan of the Phillies and Eagles. I’m also very involved in Forks Township youth sports, not only as a parent, but also as a coach.
I’m married to Tori. We have two sons, Dylan and Adam as well as twin daughters, Emma and Lily. Yes, life is crazy sometimes in our household. We don’t pretend we are a perfect family or perfect parents. We’re far from it. We’re learning to depend on God’s grace in the midst of our struggles. We’re real people who are learning what it means to grow in a real and lasting relationship with Jesus Christ right where we are.
To lead people to love and live for Jesus right where they are.
We dream of being a church where real people connect to a real and lasting relationship with Jesus Christ.
We dream of a church...
Where all of life is viewed through the lens of the Lordship of Christ; where everyday mission is the heartbeat of every participant; where passion for Christ permeates the fabric of every being; where prayer is as natural as breathing; where the life and power of the Spirit is evident through dynamic spiritual growth, passionate worship, and zealous service.
We dream of a church where the worship of God is joyful and reverent; where music is jubilant and theologically meaningful; where the preaching and teaching is biblical and practical; where God’s word is eagerly and thoughtfully received and passionately obeyed.
Where people discover real answers to life’s greatest questions from the Word of Life; where doubters doubt their doubts; where the hopeless become hopeful through faith in Jesus Christ; where people bear one another’s burdens; where broken marriages are healed; where dysfunctional families find functionality; where children and youth are nurtured in the faith.
Where love, support, and warmth abound; where empathy for the lost, disenchanted, and doubtful is readily displayed; where growth is anticipated as the norm, rather than the exception; where every believer discovers and joyfully exercises their gifts for God’s glory and the building up of the Church.
Where creativity and innovation is embraced and encouraged; where taking risks for the kingdom of God is both encouraged and expected.
Where the spark for the planting of new churches is ignited.
